Well, it has been a long time in the making but I think I am finally ready for a blogging comeback. The past 6 months have been a whirlwind. In October I decided to make a change. A major one. I was going through a difficult time professionally and it was affecting me mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I decided to take a leap of faith, and leave an organization I had been with for six years. I was terrified to say the least. Since making the change, my days at work have been exhilarating. I actually can’t wait to start work in the morning. I love the challenges and being a part of something bigger, something that is making a difference in not only my community but the surrounding areas too. Not having the previous stresses has allowed me to grow, and try all the things I couldn’t do in my previous role. It is so fulfilling. And now that my life is slowly calming down at the moment, I have found myself once more needing to write, to blog, to share and inspire. The best part – I get to do all of that at work too. However I don’t think they’d appreciate me telling the general public about how much I love my outfits. So here I am, back at the keyboard, rambling on. Hopefully I can inspire you- because some days even though your closet it full, it can still feel like you have nothing to wear.
Today’s look is inspired by the way I typically feel about today. It was very grey outside, it was a Monday, and it’s not nice enough to be sure it is actually spring. There is still snow in most places and it is still quite cold.
I am wearing a blazer from Dynamite Clothing. The pants are from Urban Planet. The white chiffon blouse and my grey flats are from Forever 21. The purse was a gift from my husband’s aunt who lives in Paris. The necklace is from Suzy Shier.
Hopefully your Monday went as well as mine!
